Outline of Research at the Start

高次脳機能障害は、医療機関を退院した後に顕在化することが多く、本人の生活だけでなく家族の心身の健康に支障が出る。退院後の社会生活に支障をきたすにもかかわらず、国内外の報告では社会的支援の情報と資源が不足していると指摘されている。本研究は、1）障害福祉サービスを利用している高次脳機能障害者の社会生活状況の実施頻度と認知・心理的側面の関連性を明らかにし、2）高次脳機能障害者に対して認知的・行動的スキルの獲得を目的とした実践的行動介入の効果を検証することを目的とする。本研究の目的が達成され地域基盤型介入モデルがあれば、高次脳機能障害者の地域共生社会を実現するための有益な1つの社会資源になる。
