Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、研究代表者のこれまでの研究過程から生まれた「市区町村を中心とした子ども家庭支援において、標準化された支援手続きが現場に定着しづらいのはなぜか」という問いを基に、その意思決定構造を「包括的な環境」としてとらえ、明らかにしようとするものである。そして最終成果として、最適な意思決定結果を導き出すことのできる子ども家庭支援ケースマネジメントモデルの開発を目指している。さらに将来的な展望として意思決定環境を構成する要素（人事システム、データ蓄積・照会システム、研修システム、関係機関との連携、資源開発等）も含んだ市区町村こども家庭支援の根本的改革につながる研究に発展していきたいと考えている。
