Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、児童福祉の実践やサービス領域を事例として、子どもの権利条約の受容や実行の有様に違いが現れる理由を、先進国（カナダ）と途上国（インド）の市町村レベルの現場における事例分析を通じた比較研究によって解明することを目指し、また、その研究から子どもの権利条約に基づいた日本の児童福祉の実践とサービスを展開させていくための手がかりを引き出すことを目的とするものである。
