Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、福祉と保育の連携による障害児支援の充実に向けた地域連携システムの構築を目指す全体構想の中で、特に早急に課題解決が必要な保育施設の障害児保育実践の質向上に焦点をあてた研究を行うことを目的とする。これまで未開発だった「障害児保育実践コンピテンシー」を導入した研修プログラムの開発を行う。研修を効果的に行うための教材（テキスト）を作成し、保育者だけでなく保育所等訪問に携わる児童発達支援センターの支援者を対象とした研修の実施、効果検証を行う。本研究の成果となる障害児保育実践コンピテンシー、研修プログラム、テキスト等の普及のために、論文等で公表し、障害児福祉の推進に貢献したいと考える。
