Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、社会保障制度との関連のなかで、高齢の親と成人子のあいだの同別居と援助の現代的構造を明らかにすることである。具体的なポイントとして、(1)日本における中高年期の親子関係 (特に親子間の同別居と援助のあり方) はどのように変容しているのか、(2)その援助構造は諸外国と比べたときにどのように特徴付けられ、福祉国家のあり方とどう関連しているのか、(3)親子間の同別居や援助のあり方は、介護保険の利用形態とどのように関連するかという点を明らかにする。
