Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は以下の5ステージで実施する。第1ステージ（2024年度）では好事例の事業所や研究者、障害者雇用の関係機関との実施・普及方略にむけたアプローチ法の検討と合意形成。第2ステージ（2024年度）は予備的プログラム評価調査（訪問調査）。第3ステージ（2025年度）は暫定的な実施・普及方略（①ゴールとインパクト理論、②プロセス理論、③効果的援助要素、④評価ツール、⑤実施マニュアル）の構築。第4ステージ（2025～2026年度）は本プログラムに取り組みたい事業所での試行評価調査（介入研究）。第5ステージでは雇用現場や関係機関に（提案版）効果モデルと実施・普及方略の提案を行う。
