| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では，障害者及び高齢者を対象とした遠隔健康支援の効果測定と社会実装を行う。COVID-19の拡大と終息を経て，現代社会に対応した健康づくり，介護予防の取り組みが進んでいる。併せて，社会的孤立の防止につながる通信技術の活用と汎用化が注目されている。誰もが参加できるスポーツとして定義づけられた「アダプテッド・スポーツ」を取り入れた遠隔健康支援を行うことで，個々人の障害の状態に関わらず安心安全に取り組むことができる運動・スポーツの提供はもちろん，言語でのやり取りが難しくても測定可能な指標を加え，モニタリングの仕組みを構築する。障害を有する人々の運動・スポーツの選択肢を広げる応用研究である。
