Outline of Research at the Start	認知症高齢者に対するケアマネジメントにおいては、認知症高齢者と家族あるいは地域の人々との間に生じるコンフリクトにより、介護支援専門員が支援困難と感じることが多いとされている。そこで、本研究では、認知症高齢者ケアマネジメントにおけるコンフリクトで支援が困難となる状況の要因分析を行い、また、認知症ケアマネジメントにおいて、コンフリクトに関する具体的な内容を分析し、その具体的な解決策を考えていく。したがって、本研究は、認知症ケアマネジメントにおける認知症高齢者と家族および地域の人々とのコンフリクトの内容の解明とコンフリクトの解決に至る介入プロセスに関する探索的研究と位置づけることができる。
