Outline of Research at the Start	新生児医療の発達や地域包括ケアの充実により地域で生活する医療的ケア児者（以下、医療的ケア児等）が増加傾向にある。局所的豪雨等の自然災害が増加している一方、努力義務化された「避難行動要支援者」の「個別避難計画」策定が完了している区市町村は全体の1割にも満たない現状であり、医療的ケア児等の被災時の生命維持等の安全が危惧される。そこで本研究では、①個別避難計画や避難訓練実施に関する現状と課題の把握、②支援者及び地域住民を対象とした「防災・避難シミュレーションゲーム」の開発とその評価を行う。
