Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、近年の社会的養護改革における、里親養育の推進と施設小規模化の中で、新たに顕在化しつつある諸問題に対処するために、「家庭的な関わり」や「あたりまえの生活」といった曖昧な養育観のみに依らない、新たな養育モデルを提示することを目的とする。具体的には、社会的養育の実践現場(施設及び里親家庭)においてフィールドワークを実施し、職員間あるいは里親を取り巻く社会資源の連携に根ざした「協働関係」や、不当な支配関係や依存関係に陥ることなく子どもや職員・里親の権利を保障するための「エンパワメント実践」を指標とした新たな社会的養育モデルを構築し、養育の可視化と評価を可能にするガイドラインの策定を目指す。
