Outline of Research at the Start

乳・幼児、妊産婦は災害時要配慮者であるにもかかわらず、迷惑をかけるとの遠慮等から避難所に行けない、生活しづらいという実態がある。東京都文京区は日本で初めて、妊産婦・0歳の赤ちゃん専用の避難所（救護所）を大学に設置したが、まだ実地経験がない。妊産婦と乳児の特性に応じた準備には、医療・健康面で専門家との連携を必要とし、従来の避難所運営モデルとは一線を画す準備・運営が不可欠である。そこで本研究では学術研究に基づく知見を元に合理的で安心できる運営モデルを災害前から確立し、大学と自治体、専門知識を有する大学生との協働型で妊産婦と結ぶ新しい運営モデルを構築し、実践や訓練型実証を通じて考究する。
