Outline of Research at the Start	細胞農業を利用した新しい食品の活用を推進していくには、国民の理解と受容が不可欠である。まだ国内に流通しておらず、多くの国民にその実態が知られていない今、まず初めにどのような情報をどのように提供していくかが重要となるが、そのような点に着目した研究は行われていない。そこで本研究は、細胞農業によって生み出される食品に関して、1）国民の懸念を明らかにすること、2）安全性に対する実態を把握すること、3）それらの内容を踏まえた科学的根拠に基づく情報発信を行ってどのような情報提供が有用かを見出すことを目的とし、細胞農業による食品に対する国民理解と受容の向上に寄与することを目指す。
