Outline of Research at the Start	学童保育は待機児童数の増加を背景に、近年急速に整備が進められようとしている。しかし、活動内容の多様化、ビジネス化が進み、大人主導のプログラム型活動や、親の負担軽減のためのサービス提供が急増する等、生活主体であるはずの子どもの声が十分に反映されていない状況が懸念される。本研究では、学童保育が子ども自らの意思で行きたいと思い生活づくりに参画する場となることを目指して①子どもが生活主体となる学童保育実践の体系化、②子どもの権利を軸としたスウェーデンの学童保育実践の把握・分析を行ったうえで、③子どもが生活主体者として過ごせる学童保育実践モデルの形成及びビジョンの共有を行うことを目的としている。
