Outline of Research at the Start

慢性腎臓病(CKD)患者は推計1,330万人にのぼり、特にCKDの最終ステージである透析患者では、栄養障害、サルコペニア、炎症などが複合して起こるPEWが問題となっている。本研究は食事の質と炎症に着目し、適切な食事選択により透析患者の慢性炎症の予防・緩和ができるかをテーマとした臨床検討を行う。
