Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、過疎地域における高齢期の在宅生活継続に寄与する生活支援のあり方を明らかにすることを目的としている。過疎地域は人的・財政的資源の乏しさから多様な生活支援の実施が難しいとされ、実施状況にも地域差がみられる。しかし、支援への方策が見えないことで支援に至っていない地域もあると考えられる。そこで本研究は、生活支援のうち生活に必要不可欠な「買い物」と「外出」に対する社会福祉協議会の取り組み実態から、支援の実施に至る/至らない要因を明らかにし、地域資源の活用方法を示し支援の推進につなげようとするものである。研究成果は、地域の高齢者支援策構築に資することができると考える。
