Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、(1)身体的、精神的、社会的要因の変化と社会的活動への新規参加、継続、中途脱落がその後の認知症発症におよぼす影響を明らかにする。(2)社会的活動への新規参加、継続、中途脱落に影響をおよぼす身体的、精神的、社会的要因の変化を明らかにする。本研究では、65歳から70歳の身体的、精神的、社会的要因の変化と当該期間中の社会的活動への新規参加、継続、中途脱落と認知症発症との関連を検討することで、前期高齢期における社会的活動参加の意義を明らかにするだけでなく、認知症予防に向けた社会的活動への参加啓発のための基礎的資料となることが期待できる。
