Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、遺伝子を標的とした手法により①食品中の薬剤耐性菌の実像、②これらがヒト常在細菌に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目指す。食品中の薬剤耐性菌と遺伝子の解析を通じて、食品を通じたヒトへの薬剤耐性菌伝播のリスクを評価する先駆的なアプローチを取り、さらに、ヒト常在細菌における遺伝子の伝播も詳細に検討することで、ヒトへのリスクをより詳細に検討することが可能となる。すなわち本研究によって、食品を通じた薬剤耐性菌伝播の抑制に向けた、新たな知見基盤を提供するものと期待する。
