Outline of Research at the Start

1年目および2年目は、研修プログラム開発期間となる。高齢者層および子育て世代を中心とした地域住民から参加者を募り、実際に研修プログラムを施行し、そのあり方を検討する。
2年目、3年目 (最終年)は、研修プログラムの普及研究の期間とする。上記に示した通り2年目はプログラムの開発研究の年となるが、あわせてプログラムの実践を容易にし、いかに高齢者がファシリテートできるかを考える段階ともなる。実際にファシリテーター（以下、Faとする）養成講座を施行し、その中でFa養成のあり方を検討し、Faの拠りどころとなるガイドライン作成にも着手する。
