Outline of Research at the Start

全国で自然災害が多発し避難生活が長期化している．避難所の食事のエネルギー及び栄養量に関する研究は見当たらず，エネルギー及び栄養量が過剰又は不足するのか明確でない．また，被災者の栄養・食生活支援に派遣される管理栄養士の活動効果に関する研究報告もない．そこで熊本地震時の避難所の食事調査から，提供食のエネルギー及び栄養量の過不足を明らかにし，適正な栄養量を補給するための食品を検討する．1か月後と2か月後の食事調査結果から，エネルギー及び栄養量の変化量を算出し，管理栄養士の支援活動の効果を検討する．さらに食事に配慮が必要な要配慮者への提供状況を明らかにし，要配慮者に必要な食品及び提供方法を検討する．
