Outline of Research at the Start

社会教育主事講習等規程の改正（2018）により、「社会教育主事の資格」を汎用化させる形で社会教育士制度が創設された。こうした社会教育主事制度の「転換期」にあって、本研究は、社会教育主事の役割・専門性の再構築を目的として取り組むものである。研究期間は令和6年度からの3年間である。具体的には、①全国の社会教育主事（2021年度・1,451人）の職務等に関する実態把握、②「社会教育主事の役割・専門性」や「社会教育士との関係」についての社会教育主事の自己認識の把握、③社会教育士の実態把握のためのアンケート調査・インタビュー調査を実施する。
