Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、困難を抱えた女性の自立支援とりわけ就労による自立に重点を置き、どのような支援団体・施設がどのような連携とネットワーク構築をおこなったらよいかのモデルを検討・提示することを目的としている。
研究方法は、Ⅰ支援の入り口としての相談窓口、Ⅱ生活をともにした支援の場と内容、Ⅲ支援のアフターフォローの3段階における支援団体・施設にインタビュー調査ならびに参与観察を行う。
研究対象は、Ⅰは男女共同参画センターや女性支援を行っている団体、Ⅱは婦人相談所や母子生活支援施設などの入所施設、Ⅲは地域で生活困窮者などの居場所づくりを行っている団体・施設である。
