Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、政策文書として地方自治体が策定した統廃合政策の基本構想・計画や審議会答申（以下、統廃合計画）を対象とした量的テキスト分析を行う。
課題は以下のとおりです。①学校統廃合政策において、どのような政策アイディアが提示され、それらはどのような構造を有しているのか。②統廃合政策に関わる国の政策と地方自治体の統廃合計画との間にはどのような影響関係があるのか、③統廃合計画の類似度やメタ変数、国からの影響の度合い等によって、統廃合政策を実施する自治体をどのように類型化できるのか。また、類型ごとに政策アイディアの分布を見た場合に、どのような特徴が見られるのか。
