Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、米国カリフォルニア州における学校・家庭・地域の協働を基盤とした学校経営への再注目とその改革過程、学校経営の実践を調査することを通じて、改革の特徴、並びに成果・課題を明らかにする。日本においては、1970年代以降の米国における「学校に基礎を置いた経営」が注目されたが、その成果や課題が総括されないまま、今日に至っている。そうした中で、今日改めて学校・家庭・地域の協働が、学校改革・再生の柱として位置づいている。この動向に焦点を当て、カリフォルニア州における①1970年代以降の学校経営改革の再検討、②2020年代における学校経営改革・法改正の過程分析、③学校経営実践の過程分析を行う。
