Outline of Research at the Start

教師の専門的な力量形成において注目される「リフレクション」（省察）は、しばしば、個人で完結する営み、あるいは、頭で言語的に考えて行うものと、矮小化して捉えられてしまっている。けれども、本来、「リフレクション」（省察）は、環境との全身的な相互作用のなかで生じたり、他者との対話を通して深められたりというように、身体性と協働性を契機とするものである。そうした身体性と協働性を活かしたリフレクションを授業検討会の場でどのようにして生み出すことができるのか、自らが実践的な取り組みを行うアクション・リサーチや、すでに行われている取り組みの調査・分析などを通して、明らかにする。
