Outline of Research at the Start

グローバリゼーションや外国にルーツのある子どもへの対応という二つの教育課題に対して教員志望の学生や教員を育成するために行われている教員養成プログラムや教員研修において、国内外の多様性に向き合うために必要な教員の資質や能力（異文化間能力）がどのように捉えらえているのか、日本とドイツの教員養成の比較調査から明らかにし、どのような教員養成のカリキュラムや現職教育が必要なのかを検証する。
