Outline of Research at the Start

そこで本研究では、活動理論アプローチからこうした困難を変革の契機である「矛盾」と捉え直した上で、探究型カリキュラムを通じた学校コミュニティの発展過程が異なる高校３校とアクションリサーチを実施する。このアクションリサーチでは、各校で生じる矛盾を教師への面接から捉えてそれぞれの特徴を比較分析から解明し、各校個別の矛盾への対処戦略を創発して教育活動システムに実装する。そして、この変革過程の事例研究を行い、探究型カリキュラムを通じた学校コミュニティ変革を加速させる矛盾分析と対処戦略創発を可能にする動的な理論モデルを開発する。
