Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、生涯教育学を中心とする立場から医師/医学研究者養成プロセスと学習者の成長を捉え直し、医学部におけるカリキュラムとその開発方法を検討するものである。学習者が大学生活で経験したことや学んだことの総体について個人誌をもとに「経験されたカリキュラム」として捉え、医師/医学研究者としての生涯キャリアにどのような影響を与えるのかをふまえ、医学部におけるカリキュラムのあり方と検証方法を検討する。
