Outline of Research at the Start

教員が性教育実践に取り組もうとするときの課題のひとつに、教員自身の内在化したセクシュアリティに関する規範や価値観が挙げられる。こうした課題にアプローチする研修として、自らのセクシュアリティに対する価値観を問い直すSAR(Sexual Attitude Reassessment:性的態度の再評価)がアメリカやオーストラリアなどで採用されている。そこで本研究は、このSARに着目し、アメリカおよびオーストラリアで展開されているプログラムの内容を検討するとともに、日本の教員が抱える課題を踏まえた上で、包括的性教育実践を担う教員の力量形成を支える研修モデルを構築し、提案する。
