Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、職業教育の地域的な展開を明らかにするために、青年期を対象とした教育と労務管理の間の接合・葛藤を明らかにするものである。特に本研究では、労務管理に関わる議論を検討し、青年期の労務管理のあり方を検証した後、教育政策との齟齬などを検証する。検討時期は労務管理のあり方が大きく変容し、企業内教育の制度化が進められた1920年代から敗戦までの25年間を中心とし、教育組織としては青年学校を、地域としては岡山県を対象とする。
