Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、「「触覚中心的な文字世界やリテラシー」の視座から、従来の「視覚中心的な文字世界やリテラシー」をどのように問い直すことができるのか？」という問いのもと、研究代表者がこれまで取組んできた触覚中心的リテラシー、すなわち点字の読み書きやその経験の内実ならびにそれに固有の人間形成的意義の解明の研究をさらに進め、その上で、これまで、そして未だ視覚中心に構想されている従来のリテラシー論やその実践の組み直しの可能性を探り、リテラシーの実践やその意義の新たな地平を拓くことを目指す。
