Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は，これまでに公開されているいじめに関する民事裁判例の判決書やいじめ重大事態に関する第三者調査委員会の報告書を素材として，「いじめと判断された行為（不法行為）及びその根拠，被害者側への影響及びその経緯」「不適切と判断された学校の防止策・対応及び根拠，またその経緯」「期待される防止策・対応」等について抽出・整理し，安全配慮義務を果たす学校のいじめの防止・対応・対策の具体的内容を明らかにする。次に，これらの明らかになった結果を踏まえたいじめ研修資料を作成するとともに，実際に教員研修会を実施し，研修記録や研修評価等を分析し，開発した教員研修資料や研修プログラムの有用性，課題を明らかにする。
