Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、教員養成系大学学部学生を対象として、4年間の学びの軌跡を捉えることで、現行のカリキュラムの妥当性と学生が所属する教育組織の有効性を検証することを目的とする。「学生はどのように教員になることに向き合っているのか」という問いを立て、継続的なインタビュー調査を実施することで、どのような経験が学生の教職志望意識を高めるのか、さらには、大学が提供するカリキュラムの理念や内容を学生がどのように咀嚼し、いかにして教員として必要な資質や能力を獲得しているのかを、学生たちの語りのなかに見いだし、経験を言語化する行為のなかに、「態度・志向性」と「統合的な学習経験と創造的思考力」の変容を捉える。
