Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は明治期から戦後の新制移行期までに実施された文部省主催による中等学校教員講習の実態を解明し、関連情報と資料をデジタル公開し、今後の教員研修の質的改善、教員の資質向上、および各教科教育の発展に寄与する示唆を得る。
教員講習の教科、日程、会場、講師、内容、参加者、成果、課題などを包括的に明らかにする。
それぞれの項目で検索可能なデータベースと資料アーカイブを作成し、外部から閲覧可能にする。
それを踏まえて、今後の教員研修の質的充実と教員の資質向上のための示唆を抽出し、関連データと資料をデジタル公開することで教員講習史研究のための基盤を構築する。
