Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、1966年中央教育審議会答申を背景とした高校の多様化政策の中で、大阪府立４高等学校に設置された「隔週定時制」と呼ばれる定時制課程の設置経緯とその廃止に至るまでの過程を、以下の３点を軸として検証しようとするものである。 ①大阪府教育行政における、隔週定時制設置の政策過程 ②生徒の教育・生活の実態と隔週定時制教員の教育実践 ③大阪府立高等学校教職員組合における高等学校定時制教育への対応この検証作業を通じて、高等学校の多様化というスローガンの下に進められた青年期教育の一側面を、戦後教育史・戦後労働史・戦後社会史など、複合的な視点から浮き彫りにすることを全体的な課題とするものである。
