Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、公立小学校における教員不足状況の自治体差を生む要因を探り、教員不足解消に向けてどのような施策を採るのが効果的であるのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。現在、教員は過重労働であるため希望者が減少し教員不足が生じているとの理解が多くみられる。そのため、教員の「働き方改革」が喫緊の課題とされている。しかし、2022年夏に実施した郵送調査の結果で明らかとなった教員不足状況には大きな自治体差がある。その自治体差を勘案すると「働き方改革」のみで、即解決するようなものではないと推察される。そこで、本研究では、教員不足状況の差が大きかった自治体を分析し、差を生む要因を見出すことを主眼とする。
