Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、人権立国と称される台湾の学校教育に着目し、施行から10年を迎えた「性別平等教育法（ジェンダー平等教育法）」のもと，学校と行政（教育局）・NPO等の他機関が連携しながら学校は、ジェンダー平等教育法をどのように実践しているのか、そして教員のジェンダー観や多様性への認知の変容に焦点を当てながら、子どもの「ally」となるために教員はどのようなトレーニングを受けているのか，またどのようなプロセスを経て「ally」となるのか、教員の「ally」としての葛藤やその効果・可能性について明らかにする。
