| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は「参加者の多様性を包摂し、留学生と地域住民双方のインクルーシブ関連の学びを促すハイブリッド型地域インターンシップコースの開発とその教育的効果の解明」を目的とし、以下の3つの研究課題に取り組む。課題①大阪大学と東北大学をオンラインで繋いだハイブリッド型地域インターンシップ授業の設計と試験的実践、②大阪・東北・信州大学をオンラインで繋いだハイブリッド型授業の本格的実施とその教育的効果の解明、③授業参加者同士のコミュニティ形成およびインクルーシブ関連の学びの促進要因の解明。そこから、海外においても活用可能な要因を特定し、インクルーシブ関連の学びを促す地域インターンシップモデルの提案を行う。
