Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，ひとつの学級を複数の教師が担任する「学年担任制」を導入している自治体（X市）を事例に，この制度のもと，教師たちは責任をいかに「分有」し，働き方改善＝多忙（感）の解消を進めているのかといった実践的可能性を検証することである。
