Outline of Research at the Start

三重県は移民第二世代への教育支援が充実しており、高校進学率も高い。支援がどのように展開され、当事者の学習や進路に作用したのか考察する。主に以下の方法で共同研究を行う。
1）県内でどのように支援が整備され変遷してきたのか、外国人集住地域での実施例を調査する。教育委員会、外国人児童生徒が多く在籍する学校、民間の外国人住民支援団体、学習支援教室などに聞き取りやアンケート行い、事例を分析する。2）移民第二世代を対象として、教育とキャリアに関わるライフヒストリーを分析し、さまざまな学校段階での教育的支援の課題を明らかにする。
