Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、「福祉言語学」の立場から、大洗コミュニティの移民第二世代のキャリア形成をALPとの関連を中心にたどり、適切な支援について提言を行うものである。研究代表者および2名の分担者は2019年度よりコミュニティの子どもたちの進学先である大洗小において、日本語教室在籍児童を対象に毎年DLAを行っている。その結果、第二世代のALPに関するデータが蓄積されてきている。今後もDLAを継続しながら、得られたデータをもとに第二世代のキャリア形成をたどることによりALPとキャリア形成との関係について考察し、ALPの養成を中心に適切な支援について提言を行うこととする。
