Outline of Research at the Start	看護職者が都市部から異動し島嶼の病院や診療所に勤務すると、文化や生活への適応の問題と、都市部の病院等とは異なる専門職としての役割の問題に直面する。島嶼における看護職者の人材確保と就業継続のためには、これから島嶼での勤務を目指す看護職者や、現地で勤務している看護職者に対して、島嶼での勤務経験のある看護職者の実践知を伝えることが必要である。本研究では、島嶼の看護についての実践知からなる語りの教材と、その教材の聴取者への伝達状況を確認する仕組みからなるノンフォーマル教育の環境を構築することにより、実践知の蓄積と後世の看護職者への伝達が可能であるかを検証する。
