Outline of Research at the Start

社会の急激な変化により、教育施策の方針枠組みはバージョンアップを迫られる。現在、ヨーロッパ社会はその時期にあるのではないかということが本研究の前提としてある。そこで、本研究では、近年のヨーロッパの社会情勢の急激な変化にかんがみ、EUの教育・訓練政策における中等教育段階の早期離学対策の再評価として、欧州委員会のモニタリング報告書をベースに用いながら、各国の早期離学対策の特色をあらためて考察・分析し、課題および早期離学対策の今後の見通しを提示することを目指す。
