Outline of Research at the Start

外国人移住者の増加とともに、共生のための日本語教育の役割が高まっている。従来からの単一言語主義に則った日本語教育には、母語話者規範、標準語規範が内包されており、学習者や外国人移住者の同化を促すことになりかねない。教育方法のみならず、教師像、教師の態度を含めた多/複言語主義へのパラダイムシフトが求められている。本研究は、母語話者日本語教師のアイデンティティを、多言語使用、および標準語との関係に着目して明らかにすることを目的とするものである。これによって、現在の日本語教育の単一言語主義を教師の視点から批判的に理解することができ、共生に向けた日本語教育への基盤作りの一助となることが予想される。
