Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、日本教職員組合（日教組）が1951年より実施してきた「教育研究全国集会」（全国教研）において、初期には「職能文化活動」として、教員の指導能力向上と結びつけられた「文化活動」が、次第に意味を変容して来た可能性があることを仮説とし、「文化活動」の実践報告の量的把握に基づき、質的にもそれがどのように変化してきたのか、その社会的要因は何であるかを明らかにする。
