Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、地域の未来を支える存在である地方の中学生、高校生の地域社会に対する意識と進路形成を含む自分自身のキャリア意識との関係について、調査・分析を行い、現代における地方の中高生の「地元」意識を含む、キャリア形成のメカニズムを明らかにする。そして、その知見を基にして、若年者の流出による地方の疲弊といった問題と地方から都市部へと移動する若者の目的意識の希薄さによるキャリア構築の問題といった２つの課題を同時解決に導く「地域課題解決型」のキャリア教育プログラムの設計・提案を行う。
