Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、スウェーデンと日本の主要都市における工業の発展の様相の違いを、その担い手である技術者と技能者に対する工業教育の変化の側面から比較検討しようとするものである。自動車産業における大量生産体制の確立期に焦点を当てると、技術者と技能者の役割、特に後者の役割が大きく変化した。この変化に工業教育がどう対応したのかを検討することによって、その工業の発展の様相の違いの原因を究明する。
