Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、「学校のどのような取り組みが地域を活性化するのか」をリサーチ・クエスチョンとして、以下のように研究を進める。第1に、高校魅力化を進めている高校の事例を検討し、その取り組みが地域活性化にどのような効果をもたらしているのかを明らかにする。第2に、高校魅力化プロジェクトの成功例と失敗例を検討し、その要因を比較検討することで、実践的知見を得る。第3に、それぞれの地域の人々のライフコースを検討することで、それらを規定する地域の特徴や人々の価値観を検討する。そして、第4に、地域や若者の新たな価値観の創造が学校のあり方や企業のあり方を変化させる可能性を検討する。
