Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、保育現場で近年注目されているCo-Agency(共主体)に焦点を当て、保育者と子どもの双方の主体性がつながり支え合う関係性を具体的に可視化しながら語り合うアクションリサーチを通して、Co-Agencyを育成する保育者研修カリキュラムの開発・提言を目的としている。保育者と子どものCo-Agencyに関する意識はどのように変化したか、影響を及ぼす要因は何かなどを見出すことで、子どもと保育者と望ましいあり方を探究していく。
