Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、１）管理的立場にある園長・校長と保育者や小学校教師との認識の違い、２）組織の文化や風土が、連携接続に及ぼす影響を検討し、３）幼保小連携接続に関わる要因に関するモデルを作成をとおして、連携接続を困難にしている要因と要因間の関係を明らかにし、接続を見通したカリキュラム編成を含めた連携接続の課題の解決を図ることである。具体的には、１）連携接続の実態の認識に関する研究、２）園・小学校の組織の文化・風土、能動的行動に関する研究、３）社会的文脈としての「人」「組織」と連携接続の実態との関係の考察、４）幼児教育アドバイザー育成に関する研究をとおして目的を達成する。
