Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、子ども・保護者・保育者のための多文化理解教育プログラムの開発を目的とするものである。これまで明らかにしてきた、外国人児童とその保護者が抱える様々な課題を踏まえ、外国人人口比率の高い群馬県大泉町を対象として、外国人および日本人保護者ならびに保育者へのアンケート調査を実施して課題の抽出をおこなう。その結果を踏まえて、①日本人および外国人を対象とした多文化理解促進のための親子サロンの設置、②保育者のための研修プログラムを作成・実施し、それらの効果検証をおこなう。この成果から汎用性のある多文化理解教育プログラムを開発し、保育現場と連携して実践することを目指す。
